ANZAC biscuts

Ingredients.
1 1/4 cups of plain flower.
1 cup of rolled oats.
1/2 cup of caster sugar.
2 table spoons of golden syrup.
150g of butter.
1/2 teaspoon of bicarb soda.

Pre heat your oven at 170 degrees.
Grab a big mixing bowl and put your flour, oats and sugar and combine with a wooden spoon.
Then in a small saucepan melt butter and combine with the golden syrup. When its all melted and the bicarb soda that has been mixed with 1 1/2 table spoons of water.
It will now bubble up, so remove from heat.
Now take this and pour into the dry ingredients and mix well.

Now you must dollop them onto a baking tray with baking paper. I use a tea spoon because if there to big you will make one huge pancake.
As you can see i do 6 a tray.
Then pop them in the oven for about 12 mins or until there golden brown, i normally just keep my eye on them.

This is what they look like once they are cooked, i made them soft.
Super yummy!

I'm so sorry about the way this is set up, i cant seam to fix it : (
