So on boxing day I spent some time with my family doing pretty much nothing, but we did have our "Christmas dinner" boxing day as we where all to full for it on Christmas day

Christmas tag!

Oh one of my favourite times of the year is well & truly in full swing, if you hadn't noticed its almost Christmas!

So i was far to excited (as anyone who knows me should expect) to do a Christmas tag, so here we go...

1. What is your favourite Holiday movie?

Ah i could put hundreds here, but i will put two:

Elf & I'll be home for Christmas.

2. What is your favourite holiday colour?

I'm pretty lucky that my favourite colour is a Christmas colour, which is green.

I also love red & silver though....

3. Do you like to stay in your Pjs or get dressed up for Christmas?

As much as i would love to just stay in my pjs the morning of Christmas, my family take a family photo before we start to open our presents under the tree (hello self control!!!).

4. If you could only buy one person a present this year who would it be?
It would have to be my brother Brad, because he is the most important person in my life.

5. Do you open your presents Christmas morning or Christmas Eve?

As much as my brother & i tried to convince our parents to let us open a gift on Christmas Eve we never managed to twist their arm.

I'm not sure what i will do when i have my own family but i like the idea of maybe giving my children new pjs the night before... maybe.

6. Have you ever built a gingerbread house?

No, I'm not sure i ever could... because i LOVE gingerbread & would probably eat it all before i put it together (why waste time hey!?)

7. What do you like to do on your Christmas break?

I have never really had a "Christmas break" even when i have been working full time i have always had a side job in hospitality so i normally work all around Christmas & even on Christmas day for a few years (which is great as i love sharing all the Christmas cheer!)

8. Any Christmas wishes?

For a lovely day with my family.

9. Favourite Christmas smell?

I don't know what it is but i always seam to find a certain smell on Christmas day, when i was younger i thought it was the smell of new toys, these days i think its the smell of excitement & joy.

10. Favourite Christmas meal or treat?

Ham, Pork Crackle, Pavlova, Gingerbread.

A Miss Piggy Christmas

Ah its that time of the year again, the time of year where its acceptable to get out the red & green glitter nail polishes for Christmas nails!!!

As a nail polish addict i LOVE this time of year simply because i love glitter nails!

Today i did my nails with 2 OPI colours, with one of them being from the Muppet's Christmas collection, i really like the way they turned out

These wishlist items are all of the glorious hand variety.

From things that keep your hand soft & smelling lovely to one of my favourite things in the whole world nail polish all the below would be great stocking stuffers or a small gift for a friend or colleague

Christmas wishlist - Day 4

We all have that person in our lives who would love to own something by a particular designer (you don't? I will be yours then).

My designer of choice is Diane von Furstenberg, i constantly look at her stuff on Net-a-porter & recently i found something that i can actually afford & could use!!!!

But since i don't have a job at the moment, Santa could you please add this to my list

Christmas wishlist - Day 3

If today's wish list item is not the best Christmas gift on earth i don't know what is.

Today on Twitter i stumbled across this AMAZING website called The Giving Keys.

What is it you ask?

The idea is you buy/get given a necklace with a key on it & on that key is a word (any word you want) that has some kind of meaning to you. You wear this key & then when you find someone who you feel needs that word in their life you pass it onto them, has paying it forward even looked so stylish? I think not!

I know what word i would like on mine but i think it would be a awesome gift to give someone with a word of your choosing for them.

Christmas wishlist - Day 1

This is the start of my Christmas wish list not that i think I'm going to get all (or any for that matter) of the things that are on it but i wanted to do a countdown of the things i wish Santa would bring me.

First on my list are these yummy look KG shoes, i have wanted this style of shoes in classic black since they became fashionable & i still have not filled my void with a pair

So i follow Santa on twitter (if you don't, you should) and he informed me yesterday that its 4 months to Christmas.

I am very happy about this for many many reasons & one of those reasons is the FANTASTIC holiday collections that are coming out this year including but I'm sure not limited to the Kardashian collection for Nicole by OPI and OPI's Muppet's collection!

This is my current Pandora Bracelet, i have shown you it before but it has changed alot since then so here we go.

A little bit of background first i LOVE my Pandora bracelet i got my first silver on just before my 18th birthday and have gained more and more beads and bracelets since then.

I wear a few beads on this leather bracelet while I'm here in the UK but when i go home to Aus i will put them back on my two silver bracelets.

What i like to find in the post!

I don't know about you but i LOVE receiving mail. Maybe its because i don't receive any bills... But whatever it is i get no better joy than coming home to find something waiting for me and normally these things are from my parents which is even more exciting.

Christmas day outfit!

Thought i would post 2 quick little pictures of my christmas day outfit, I went out for christmas lunch with Kirks family as i didnt have mine to celebrate with : (

The Pandora bead my brother got me, i opened this on webcam Christmas day there time (so Christmas eve here!)

A lovely cardi off my mum and the 3rd instalment of Tinkerbell off my dad (this is the 3rd one i have received off him, not sure what he will do if they stop making them).

My pressies from Kirk. I got a Thomas Sabo bracelet, the American hits album, Ed Hardy perfume, a little vintage locket, 3 cupcake lip glosses and cupcake hand cream!

Yes my dog does get her photo done with Santa (she even has her own Christmas birth ball that hangs on our tree).

Here she is with my brother Brad having there photo taken.

I am told she wanted to sit on Santas lap but due to a few (how should i put this) wet spots from the day before Santas lap was a no poochy zone.
